Craftsmen’s Fair at Mount Sunapee Resort, Newbury, NH, from August 3 to 11 — Come enjoy celebrate traditional and contemporary craft. More than 300 master craftsmen aligned with the venerable League of New Hampshire Craftsmen will show their art-caliber works. Browse through wearable and decorative craft and watch workshops and demonstrations. Enjoy live music and a beer and wine garden.
Antique and Classic Car Show at Farr Field, Waterbury, VT, from August 9 to 11 — Classic cars, antique tractors and a parade of this gleaming and historic vehicles will make Waterbury sparkle this weekend. The parade is Saturday afternoon and a street dance follows on Saturday night. Other parts of the three-day event include the flea market and car corral, vintage fashion judging, crafters.
Gospelfest at City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA, on August 11 — Contemporary and traditional gospel music is celebrated loud and clean by local and national musicians. This event features Todd Dulaney, with performances by Tamar St. Julien and Phil Thompson. Mayor’s Community Gospel Choir will open the concert and wow with their vocals. 5-8 p.m.
