Beauty of Strings Concert on May 12 at Cathedral of the Pines, Rindge, NH — The concert by Cuatro Puntos will feature chamber music for strings. The concert will open with Maurice Ravel’s famous string quartet, followed by a piece written for the Cuatro Puntos resident musicians called “Coming Home,” a musical exploration of a New England cityscape by local composer David Macbride. Following will be the Phantasy Quintet by English composer Vaughan Williams, and the concert will close with a set of Kurdish Love Songs. 5 p.m.
